纵轴式掘进机模态仿真与试验研究

Modal Simulation and Experimental Investigation of the Ordinate Axis Type Tunneling Machine

摘要: 利用ANSYS对掘进机的截割部进行建模,并对其进行模态分析,得到了掘进机的前三阶固有频率与振型。同时采用单点激励多点响应法对掘进机进行了截割部模态试验,获得了掘进机的前三阶固有频率与模态振型。通过试验结果与仿真结果的对比分析来修正仿真模型,为建立掘进机的刚-柔耦合模型及进一步的数字化掘进机的设计奠定基础。

Abstract: The model of the tunneling machine cutting portion was established by ANSYS. The modal analysis was also carried out and the first three order natural frequency and vibration mode of the tunneling machine was obtained. At the same time, the modal test of the tunneling machine cutting portion was carried out by the method of single-point incentive and multi-point response and the first three order natural frequency and vibration mode of the tunneling machine was obtained. Then the simulation model was revised through the contrastive analysis of the test results and simulation results. These conclusions laid solid foundation of the firm-soft coupling model establishing of the tunneling machine and to promote the digitized of the tunneling machine.
